DANDALLA – Nick Bradley Racing
Anyone in horse racing will tell you, there is no special recipe to purchasing a successful racehorse. However, Nick Bradley, the founder of Nick Bradley racing, has developed a reputation for being as sharp as they come when it comes to picking out a future star.
That sharpness has been on show once again this year as Dandalla lowered the colours of many expensively purchased rivals in this year’s Group 3 Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot. The precocious two-year-old then followed that up with victory in the Group 2 Duchess of Cambridge Stakes to remain unbeaten.
She currently has no future entries, but trainer Karl Burke has hinted that she will be aimed at next year’s 1000 Guineas.

VENTURA TORMENTA & MARIE'S DIAMOND – Middleham Park
Middleham Park have a wonderful history over 25 years of Racehorse syndication. During that time they have had over 1,100 winners and continually find horses that are able to compete at the top level.
4-year-old Marie’s Diamond has taken his owners all over the world and this campaign may well be the best to date. The syndicate superstar placed third in the Group 1 Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot and has gone onto perform admirably in his three following starts, all group company.
Middleham Park seemed to have also found the secret ingredient to buying fast juveniles. Last year, Ventura Rebel finished second in the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes at Ascot, whilst this year the Richard Hannon trained Ventura Tormenta landed Group 2 honours over the channel in France.

ROSE OF KILDARE – Kingsley Park
Not only is Mark Johnston Britain’s all time winning-most trainer, he is also the master mind behind the highly successful Kingsley Park operation.
Rose Of Kildare, who emerged during a wonderful juvenile campaign last year looks to be another top class filly, purchased for relative pennies by Kingsley Park Partnerships. Following her dogged win in the Musidora Stakes her career earnings are approximately 50 times what she cost in the sales ring.

WHO DARES WINS – Henry Ponsonby Syndicate
Who Dares Wins has made a habit of winning big staying handicaps during his career. The horse has shown a unique versatility recently adding Royal Ascot honours to a list of victories that includes the famous Northumberland Plate alongside several National Hunt prizes.
