Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore is widely considered one of the greatest Flat jockeys of all time, distinguished by his clinical, analytical approach and his status as the first-choice rider for the world-renowned Ballydoyle stable. Since becoming the principal jockey for Aidan O’Brien and the Coolmore operation in late 2011, he has become the face of international elite racing, prioritising global Group 1 success over domestic championship titles.

A three-time British Champion Jockey (2006, 2008, 2009), Moore has achieved virtually every major honour in the sport. He has recorded over 3,300 career wins worldwide and surpassed the incredible milestone of 200 Group/Grade 1 victories in 2024. His resume includes four Epsom Derby wins, five Breeders’ Cup Turf titles, and major international trophies like the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, Japan Cup, and Melbourne Cup.
