Chester

Established in 1539, Chester Racecourse boasts over 480 years of racing on the Roodee. The racecourse is now officially recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records as the Oldest Racecourse in the World, still in operation.

Chester

There are few more thrilling sights in British Racing than the horses thundering around Chester on the tight 1 mile, 1 furlong course. The racecourse is very well known for the famous brick wall that run’s alongside the home straight whereby members of the public can look down directly onto the track.
