Nico de Boinville is one of the most accomplished jump jockeys of his era, widely respected for his calm judgement, clarity of thought and outstanding record in the biggest races. He has ridden more Grade One winners than any other active British jump jockey, a body of work that reflects the strength of his long relationship with trainer Nicky Henderson. 

He has partnered several of the most celebrated horses in modern National Hunt racing, including Constitution Hill, Sprinter Sacre and Altior, each of whom helped define key moments in his career.  

Before becoming a full-time jockey, Nico briefly studied History and Politics at university, something that has earned him his reputation as one of the sharpest minds in the weighing room.
