Richard Johnson is set to win his third Stobart Jump Jockeys’ Championship on Saturday 28th April at Sandown Park racecourse.

Dicky is one of the hardest working jockeys in the weighing room, which is proven by the massive 2,140 miles raced over the 2017 / 2018 season. However, he hasn’t been without big race success this season, winning the prestigious Timico Cheltenham Gold Cup on Native River as well a further nine Grade / Listed winners.

Dicky has gone on many hot streaks this season including four trebles and one quadruple which has seen him lead the championship pretty much from the outset and has enabled him to amount an impressive 172 winners for the season so far.

Johnson is showing no signs of stopping anytime soon and he’ll be chopping at the bit to go for a fourth consecutive championship next season.
