Ben Jones is a National Hunt jockey, born in Carmarthen, West Wales, who has shone in recent years, rising to the top of the sport. Jones started off as an amateur and conditional jockey with Philip Hobbs in 2018.  

In October 2024, Jones was confirmed as stable jockey to Ben Pauling, who had previously given Ben his first Cheltenham Festival winner on Shakem Up’arry in March 2024. 

Jones can often be seen in the red, white and blue silks of football icon Harry Redknapp, most notably aboard The Jukebox Man with whom he won his first Grade 1 in the Kauto Star Novices’ Chase at Kempton Park on Boxing Day.
