Daryl Jacob, David Bass, and Harry Cobden have all been nominated for the November Jockey of the Month competition following their outstanding performances throughout the month.
The trio have had eight Graded race victories and over 50 winners between them in November. Find out more about each jockey’s achievements below and don’t forget to cast your vote!

Harry Cobden’s tremendous start to the season continued in November with his 23 successes taking his tally for the campaign to 63 wins. That total means he sits second in the 2020/21 Jump Jockeys’ Championship, five wins behind reigning Champion Jump Jockey, Brian Hughes.
Cobden began the month with a fantastic four timer at Exeter on Tuesday 3rd November including victory in the Grade 2 Haldon Gold Cup.

The Paul Nicholls‘ stable jockey also went on to claim trebles at both Ffos Las (Sunday 8th November) and Wincanton (Thursday 19th November).
The 22-year-old also secured doubles at Chepstow and Huntingdon, one of his most notable victory of the month came at Newbury when claiming the Grade 2 Ladbrokes John Francome Novices’ Chase on Saturday 28th November on Next Destination.
David Bass enjoyed an impressive 18 wins during November, taking his total for the season so far to 40 victories and 8th place in the 2020/21 Jump Jockeys’ Championship.
Amongst those 18 successes, Bass secured two Grade 2 wins, firstly with Does He Know in the Ballymore Novices’ Hurdle at Cheltenham on Friday 13th November. The second aboard Imperial Aura in the Chanelle Pharma 1965 Chase at Ascot on Saturday 21st November.
The 32-year-old also claimed a double at Ascot on Saturday 21st November, winning the Coral Hurst Park Handicap Chase with First Flow. This was one of four doubles for Bass during November, with the remaining coming at Market Rasen, Hereford and Kempton Park.
Daryl Jacob began November with a Grade 2 double at Wincanton on Saturday 7th November and things only got better after then.
That double with Sceau Royal and Ga Law was soon followed by wins at Chepstow, Bangor On Dee, Ludlow, Southwell and Plumpton, before securing a third Grade 1 Betfair Chase with Bristol De Mai at Haydock Park on Saturday 21st November.
The 37-year-old then went on to claim his third Grade 2 of the month aboard Caribean Boy in the Ladbrokes Committed To Safer Gambling Novices’ Chase at Newbury on Friday 27th November.
Jacob then completed November with a victory aboard Son of Red at Newcastle on Saturday 28th November, taking his tally for the month to ten wins and 26 for the season so far – placing Jacob 13th in the 2020/21 Jump Jockeys’ Championship.
